Senior Manager Business Intelligence & Insights

About the Role

This is a leadership seat at the intersection of data, strategy, and scale. Were looking for a BI leader who doesn’t just report numbers—but translates them into stories that move businesses forward. If dashboards are your language and insights are your currency, this role is calling.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the end-to-end BI, reporting, and analytics transformation roadmap
Build and deliver high-impact dashboards, MIS, and executive-level reports with precision and speed
Identify automation opportunities and embed analytics into core business reporting frameworks
Partner closely with business, data, and tech teams to design scalable, insight-led solutions
Democratize data access and enable self-service analytics across stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing BI team (internal & external)

Key Requirements

8–12 + years of experience in Business Intelligence / Reporting / Analytics
Prior experience managing or leading BI teams
Strong hands-on knowledge of
SQL, Python
, and BI tools (
Power BI preferred
)
Experience building automated, standardized reporting solutions in large organizations
Good understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and analytics ecosystems
