Job Description

The Marketing Manager for a Luxury Brand will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand presence of a luxury township / Products portfolio. Your primary focus will be on brand management, strategic communication, and market positioning to uphold the company's commitment to delivering excellence in the luxury segment. To excel in this role, you should possess substantial experience in luxury brands and a profound insight into consumer behavior within the premium and aspirational sector. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing brand strategies to fortify the brand's positioning in the luxury segment, ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms, conducting competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities. You will be tasked with conceptualizing and implementing impactful marketing campaigns through diverse channels, managing collaborations with creative agencies and media partners, and overseeing the production of brand collaterals in line with brand guidelines. Furthermore, you will design strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, curate exclusive events and product launches, and engage with high-net-worth individuals and key client networks to strengthen brand affinity. Managing the brand's digital presence, fostering influencer partnerships, and analyzing digital marketing performance to maximize return on investment will also be integral parts of your role. Collaborating closely with sales and retail teams, you will align brand objectives with business growth, support new product launches, and monitor the effectiveness of marketing expenditures. Additionally, you will lead a team of marketing executives, oversee external agencies and vendors, and ensure the delivery of premium outputs. To be successful in this position, you should hold an MBA/PG in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 6-10 years of experience in marketing/brand management, with a focus on luxury brands. Your qualifications should be complemented by a proven track record of executing premium brand campaigns, a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, and excellent communication and networking skills. A creative mindset, attention to detail, and expertise in luxury brand management, strategic marketing planning, event management, digital marketing, and customer engagement will be key to excelling in this role.
