Role Description

  • As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing 360 marketing strategies - campaigns across digital, print, OOH and on-ground activations. Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, OOH and on-ground activations. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends. Assist in creating engaging, brand-aligned content across all communication channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution and optimisation. Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, generating insights to refine strategies. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across platforms. Stay updated on industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities. Coordinate effectively across departments to align marketing goals with sales and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Not more than 5 years of experience in marketing full time role not including internship (real estate sector experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing channels.
  • Creative thinker with an analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution
