Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Manage content creation, scheduling, and community engagement on social media platforms.
Collaborate with design teams for the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
Coordinate with external agencies for photoshoots, ads, and promotional activities.
Create digital content (social media posts, website copy, emails) aligned with brand identity.
Track and analyze marketing performance for campaign optimization.
Plan and manage product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure all marketing content is consistent with the brands voice and values.
Contribute creative ideas for new campaigns
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Skills

Fashion retail marketing experience is preferred.
Design background (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills for campaign optimization.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
