Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing:

  Plan and execute digital campaigns to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

• Agency Management:

  Coordinate with creative and media agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns on time and within budget.

• Hands-on Execution:

  Manage social media, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and content initiatives directly.

• Strategy & Planning:

  Support overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign planning.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with the founding team to align marketing goals with business objectives and adapt quickly to evolving needs.

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the

  Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG

  sectors.
• Strong grasp of

  digital marketing

  and

  social media trends

  in India.
• A smart generalist who enjoys taking ownership and wearing multiple hats.
• Resourceful, proactive, and excited to build something meaningful from scratch.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
