We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of experience to help us build Plenaire’s presence in India from the ground up. This is a rare zero-to-one opportunity for a creative, driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, collaborating with agencies, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital campaigns to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. Agency Management: Coordinate with creative and media agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns on time and within budget. Hands-on Execution: Manage social media, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and content initiatives directly. Strategy & Planning: Support overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign planning. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to align marketing goals with business objectives and adapt quickly to evolving needs. Who You Are 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG sectors. Strong grasp of digital marketing and social media trends in India. A smart generalist who enjoys taking ownership and wearing multiple hats. Resourceful, proactive, and excited to build something meaningful from scratch.
