Pillai Center is hiring a Marketing Launch Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of product launches, email funnel campaigns, and multi-channel promotions. This full-time, Chennai-based role requires 8+ years of experience in marketing campaigns, preferably within edu-tech, e-learning, coaching, or wellness/spirituality domains.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Launch Manager who can own the entire lifecycle of campaign strategy and executionfrom planning and creative coordination to funnel buildout and performance analysis. This role requires deep experience in marketing automation, launch planning, email funnels, and cross-functional team collaboration. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager, creative problem-solver, and data-informed marketer with a passion for innovation, AI tools, and digital trends.
End-to-End Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns and product/program launches
- Own all launch phases: calendar creation, campaign setup, segmentation, asset coordination, and post-launch analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align messaging, goals, timelines, and offers
Email Funnel Development & Automation
- Build, deploy, and optimize automated email marketing funnels in ActiveCampaign or similar platforms
- Design and execute lead nurture journeys, onboarding flows, and behavior-based drip campaigns
- Manage list segmentation, engagement triggers, and funnel conversions
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Set up campaign tracking using GA4, UTM parameters, and dashboard tools like Looker Studio
- Take full ownership of performance tracking using ClickMagick (or show willingness to learn and manage it independently)
- Establish and maintain weekly and monthly KPIs, performance tracking, and funnel health reports
- Analyze results and adjust campaign strategy based on data insights
AI Tools & Campaign Innovation
- Proactively research, test, and adopt AI-powered tools for content creation, workflow automation, segmentation, and campaign optimization
- Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, AI capabilities, and new platform features that can enhance performance
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, paid media, and product teams
- Translate launch plans into actionable tasks using clickup, and ensure all campaign elements stay on track
- Manage creative hand-offs, asset QA, and ensure campaign launches run smoothly across all channels
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of experience managing multi-phase marketing launches, email funnels, and campaign execution
- Experience with Active Campaign (preferred), or similar tools like ConvertKit or Mailchimp
- Proficiency in GA4, UTM tracking, Looker Studio, and performance metric analysis
- Experience with or willingness to fully own ClickMagick for attribution and funnel tracking
- Strong project and process management skills across digital channels and remote teams
- Enthusiasm for AI tool adoption and actively exploring the latest trends in digital marketing
- Experience with Zapier, WordPress/Elementor, and CRM/data sync tools
- A/B testing, CRO practices, and email conversion optimization
- Ability to manage timelines, assets, and visibility in clickup
Preferred Background
- Experience in EduTech, coaching, online learning, or wellness/spirituality marketing
- Familiarity with product/course launches, evergreen funnels, or campaign cycles
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of strategic thinking and tactical execution
