Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing strategies to build brand presence and generate qualified leads.
• Create impactful content and communication material (case studies, presentations, broachers, digital media assets) to highlight the organization's value proposition.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Manage digital channels, including social media, website and email campaigns, to drive engagement and inbound leads.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making
• Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, sustainability forums to enhance brand presence.
• Conduct market research on waste management trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and sustainability events
• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; MBA or specialization in sustainability marketing is an advantage
• 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in waste management, environmental services or industrial solutions
• Strong ability to craft compelling narratives for technical and sustainability-driven audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google analytics, SEO, SEM, LinkedIn campaign manager, mailchimp, etc)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and timelines.
• Creative thinker with a structured, analytical approach to problem solving
