Marketing manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts at Azlawiatech Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing teams, and driving brand growth, especially in the international or German market. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and client outreach.
• Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and effective campaigns.
• Identify target markets, create marketing plans, and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events).
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports, and optimizing strategies accordingly.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients, especially in the German market.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Knowledge of the German market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹13,676.39 - ₹48,589.58 per month
