Job Description

Roles & responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to drive student admissions across the group.
  • Organize and oversee

    offline marketing activities

    education fairs, college visits, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, counselors, and other educational partners.
  • Coordinate with the admissions heads to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion into enrollments.
  • Develop promotional materials (brochures, banners, hoardings, prospectus, communique) and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Track and report on marketing activities, admissions data, and target achievements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / Postgraduate - Preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:

    58 years in admissions/marketing (preferably in higher education).
  • Proven track record in achieving admission targets through offline channels.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage the team effectively.
