Description
As a high-caliber Marketing Leader at our fast-growing company, you will play a crucial role in redefining e-learning by taking our growth engine to the next level. You will be responsible for owning and scaling our entire marketing function, being a key member of our leadership team, and driving growth while building a world-class marketing team in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Your responsibilities will include owning the complete marketing funnel, encompassing brand and content to performance and product marketing. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team across various marketing functions, driving GTM strategies such as inbound pipeline generation, digital marketing, SEO, and brand initiatives. Collaboration with Product, Sales, and Growth teams will be essential to ensure alignment on goals and execution, while developing and executing marketing plans to efficiently scale revenue and user acquisition. We are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a Tier-1 startup with fast growth and a strong marketing culture. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in owning or significantly contributing to full-funnel marketing strategy, leading and scaling a marketing team of 10-15+ people, and driving results through a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. A high level of ownership, hunger for growth, and strong internal equity are essential traits we seek. Preferred backgrounds include experience as second-in-command marketers at startups with $50M+ ARR, emerging leaders from top-tier SaaS or consumer brands with a strong marketing DNA, and experience at companies like Zomato, Cred, Headout, Cleartrip, Postman, MoEngage, Chargebee, Whatfix, among others.
