• Marketing Head (2 months)

But this isn’t your “make-posters-and-fetch-coffee” internship.

We’re searching for founder-like minds who can think, plan, and execute.

Marketing Head (2 Months)

Imagine you are leading the entire launch campaign for H.I. across 5 universities in India.

• Outline a Go-To-Market Strategy for the first 30 days.
• Define how you’d balance digital campaigns + offline activations (college events, professors, clubs, word of mouth).
• Share key metrics you’d track to measure success.

We want to see your strategic mindset, leadership approach, and clarity of execution.

The Pitch

If shortlisted, you’ll be invited for a live pitch with our team.

This isn’t about a checklist — it’s your chance to show your story and your edge.

We’ll look for:

Your Journey – times you took initiative & built something from scratch.

Your Research Mindset – how you study new industries & apply insights.

Your Leadership Moments – when you led people towards a goal.

Your Conversion Thinking – how you turned ideas into results.

Your Creative Edge – the campaigns, hacks, or stories only you could think of.

Job Roles:

Marketing Head (2 Months, Full-Time)

Stipend: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + incentives

Remote (with opportunities to coordinate across universities)

Bonus: Direct exposure to startup strategy, fundraising, and working alongside founders & investors.
