Marketing Lead – Email & Website Management

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Lead to manage our email communications and keep our website up to date. You’ll work closely with the design, content, and tech teams to ensure our emails are timely, accurate, and engaging, and that our website reflects our latest programs, clients, and updates.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing

• Set up and schedule newsletters, drip campaigns, and updates in our email platform (Mailmodo).
• Maintain clean lists and segments using tags, attributes, and dynamic filters.
• Collaborate with content/design teams for error-free, on-brand emails.
• Track performance (open rates, clicks, bounces, etc.) and report insights.
• Ensure automations (welcome emails, downloads, etc.) run smoothly.
• Maintain a shared calendar for email planning and coordination.

Website Management

• Keep website content current — programs, case studies, testimonials, logos, and events.
• Ensure all links, forms, and pages function correctly.
• Coordinate with designers and developers for new uploads or edits.
• Align the site with live campaigns and promotions.
• Track changes and document key updates for internal use.

Ongoing Maintenance

• Maintain checklists for regular email and website tasks.
• Document recurring issues and fixes for efficiency and team clarity.
• File campaign and content assets in an organized, accessible way.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with email platforms (Mailmodo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
• Comfort with basic automations (e.g., Zapier) and forms.
• Knowledge of Airtable and Notion.
• Basic understanding of email metrics and CMS tools.
