Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential collaborators (influencers, brands, content creators).
• Reach out to prospects, draft emails/pitches, and maintain communication.
• Assist in negotiating deliverables, timelines, and partnership terms.
• Maintain collaboration trackers, databases, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, content) for campaign execution.
• Support in monitoring live collaborations and tracking performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative collaboration ideas.
• Contribute to Content Ideation and PR activities

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Comfortable with outreach, negotiation, and maintaining relationships.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking data (preferred).
• Open to take on Inter Departmental responsibilities
• Prior experience or interest in influencer marketing, PR, or partnerships will be a plus.
