Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, hosting, and managing webinars for lead generation, including promotion, registration tracking, and follow-up campaigns.
• Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts (3x/week) focusing on AI for HR and legal
• Help manage email campaigns and lead tracking in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Research and compile industry trends and case studies for social media and webinars.
• Document lead generation efforts, follow-ups, and responses from webinars.
• Maintain content libraries, prompt libraries, and structured knowledge bases for training materials.
• Provide support during live workshops (logistics, participant engagement tracking).
• Prepare presentations. to support in the workshops
• Track and document lead generation activities, follow-ups, webinar responses, and campaign performance in Google Sheets
• Communication and Coordination with Client
• Reporting to the CEO

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good Communication Skills
• Must have the zeal to learn AI tools and applications
• Good at preparing presentations and Data analysis
• Must have a laptop and a high-speed internet connection
• Flexible with the working hours between 9:30 AM and 8:30 PM
• Ready to support on weekends if required
• Pursuing a BBA or an MBA in marketing with expertise in using social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Must be available for a minimum of 2-3 months
