About The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive Marketing & PR Intern to join a lean, creative team driving brand awareness and customer acquisition for a retail e‑commerce business. You will work across social media, content, influencer campaigns and media outreach to amplify brand stories and help scale performance marketing efforts.Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of social media content calendars for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn; create and schedule posts using platform tools.
- Draft and edit press releases, media pitches and product/brand narratives for outreach to fashion and lifestyle publications.
- Coordinate influencer and creator partnerships—research talent, manage briefs, track deliverables and measure campaign outcomes.
- Design on‑brand creative assets and simple graphics for social posts, stories and newsletters using Canva or similar tools.
- Monitor media coverage and social performance; compile weekly reports using Google Analytics and social insights to inform optimizations.
- Support basic performance marketing tasks such as setting up awareness campaigns, A/B testing creative and assisting with email marketing tasks.
