Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic marketing intern to support our digital marketing efforts. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to AI-driven SEO, geo-targeting, and LLM-optimized content strategies, equipping you with practical skills in a fast-evolving industry. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a talented marketing team and contribute to increasing Kanerika’s organic visibility using modern, LLM-optimized content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research, clustering, and competitor analysis

• Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and WordPress SEO plugins (Rank Math, Yoast)

• Optimize website content for Google and AI driven search engines and users (meta tags, internal linking, structured data)

• Support AI-based SEO workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.

• Analyze website traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console

• Help implement local SEO strategies and optimize Google Business Profiles

• Track rankings and prepare performance reports

• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, especially Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Search Generative Experience (SGE), Core Web Vitals, and zero-click results

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field

Skills:

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or WordPress

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Excellent written and verbal skills

• A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt
