We specialize in smart classroom solutions, interactive panels, and institutional digital infrastructure. Role Overview

We are hiring Marketing Interns (Field Role) who will work directly on the ground with schools, colleges, and educational institutes. This role is focused on first-level outreach, relationship initiation, and lead generation—not sales closure!

You will represent ADIG at the institutional level and help us identify the right decision-makers for demos and discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and education centers in assigned areas
• Make outbound calls to institutions for initial introduction and information gathering

Identify and collect details of key decision-makers such as:

• Principals
• Management / Trustees
• IT Heads / Procurement Teams
• Generate qualified leads and demo opportunities for the ADIG sales team
• Maintain basic visit and call records (format will be provided)
• Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups and demo scheduling

Note: This is a marketing & outreach role, not a hard-sales role.

Training & Support Provided

• Structured onboarding and field training
• Guidance on professional communication with institutions
• Marketing fundamentals relevant to real-world fieldwork
• Daily support from the ADIG team during field activities
• Exposure to the education ecosystem and institutional decision-making

Who Can Apply

• Students pursuing or recently completed Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields
• Freshers interested in field marketing, B2B outreach, or education sector exposure
• Candidates comfortable with travel and on-ground work

Language Requirements

• Good spoken English (mandatory)
• Assamese & Hindi (Advantage)
• Knowledge of additional North East languages (This will be considered a strong advantage) such as:
• Bengali
• Nagamese
• Khasi
• Mizo
• Any other regional language
