International educational tours (India to USA, Czech Republic, Colombia)
Workforce placements from India to the USA and Europe
We are looking for a results-driven Head of Marketing to lead all marketing initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in digital marketing with a proven ability to deliver 1,000+ qualified leads per month while maintaining CPL under 100. The role also involves managing website development, SEO, automation tools, and content strategy.
Design customized marketing plans for each program line
Translate business goals into monthly campaigns aligned with admissions cycles
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Optimize performance with A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation
Deliver high-quality leads at CPL below 100
Oversee website content, structure, and SEO optimization
Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast performance, and integrated lead forms
Coordinate with developers to maintain uptime and conversions
Create brochures, videos, presentations, and digital content
Maintain consistent brand voice and highlight student success stories
Develop destination guides and case studies for students and parents
Support outreach to schools and colleges for partnerships and collaborations
Build proposals, email campaigns, and marketing kits
Drive digital marketing to skilled workforce candidates directly
Work with the Head of Revenue and admissions team for lead-to-conversion flow
Manage junior marketers, freelancers, or designers when needed
Present weekly dashboards and performance reports to the CEO
Masters degree in Marketing, Business, International Business, or Communications
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO, CRM, or Analytics preferred
5+ years in digital marketing with proven results in paid campaigns, content, and SEO
Strong knowledge of the international education and mobility sector
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Email Automation, and WordPress
Ability to work independently, lead projects, and report results
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
