Job Title: Marketing Head Location: Greater Noida Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person) Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years in Marketing (Required) Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of our institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and content marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns. Candidates with previous experience in an educational institution will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage and grow the institution’s digital presence through social media, website content, and email campaigns. Create compelling content for web, social platforms, and marketing materials. Utilize web analytics tools to track, report, and improve campaign performance. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Identify market trends and opportunities to position the institution effectively. Drive lead generation and student engagement through innovative promotional activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong marketing and communication skills. Proficiency in social media marketing and web content writing. Experience in using web analytics and reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated success in marketing, promoting, or advertising a product or service. Prior experience in an educational institution is highly desirable.
