Marketing Head

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and implement

  marketing strategies

  to promote residential & commercial projects.
• Plan and execute

  project launches, events, exhibitions, and site-level promotions

  .
• Lead

  digital marketing initiatives

  SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, influencer tie-ups, content creation.
• Drive

  lead generation campaigns

  and ensure a steady pipeline of quality leads for the sales team.
• Manage

  branding, advertising, print media, and outdoor promotions (hoardings, brochures, collaterals, radio, etc.)

  .
• Oversee

  CRM integration

  and nurture customer relationships through remarketing, email, and SMS campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Conduct

  market research and competitor analysis

  to identify trends and suggest positioning strategies.
• Define and manage the

  marketing budget

  ; track ROI and optimize campaigns.
• Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA / PG in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• 10- 15 years of experience in marketing

  , with at least

  5+ years in real estate marketing

• Strong track record in

  launching and promoting large-scale real estate projects

• Experience in both

  digital and offline marketing

  strategies.
