Role & responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning:

  Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with the malls business goals, tenant mix, and seasonal trends.

• Footfall & Revenue Generation:

  Plan and execute campaigns that drive traffic, increase dwell time, and boost overall mall revenue.

• Branding & Positioning:

  Establish the malls identity through innovative branding strategies and consistent messaging across all platforms.

• Events & Promotions:

  Conceptualize and manage mall-wide events, activations, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations to enhance customer experience.

• Digital Marketing:

  Oversee all digital marketing efforts including social media, website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital advertising.

• Tenant Coordination:

  Work closely with retailers to support their marketing efforts, co-promotions, and in-store activations.

• Market Research & Insights:

  Analyze footfall data, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine strategies and improve performance.

• Budget Management:

  Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and ROI tracking.

• Agency Management:

  Liaise with advertising, PR, event, and digital agencies to execute campaigns effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 12 - 20 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 -8 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of retail/mall marketing dynamics, customer engagement, and digital trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
