Were looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join us as the Head of Marketing & Brand Strategist. This role is for someone who blends big-picture brand thinking with the ability to build and lead a high-performance marketing team. You'll drive the brands vision, shape its voice in culture, and lead multi-channel marketing efforts that leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy for new builds, rebrands, launches, and cultural Collab's.
• Partner closely with clientsnavigating complexity, aligning stakeholders, and co-creating compelling narratives.
• Translate insights into distinct brand voice, behavior, and experience principles.
• Collaborate with creative teams to shape ideas from decks to content to real-world activations.
• Craft strategies that cut across digital, content, product, and physical touchpoints.
• Mentor the team and provide strategic direction that sharpens output.
• Balance creative vision with real-world rollout and timelines.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the marketing team with a clear strategic vision.
• Define and oversee execution of integrated marketing plans across digital, brand, content, PR, and offline touchpoints.
• Drive internal alignment with product, growth, and creative teams to ensure strategic consistency.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-8 years of experience in digital-first brand strategy (agency or modern brand-side).
• End-to-end experience from insight generation to execution.
• Skilled in building emotional, resonant stories - not just functional messaging.
• Strong communicator with a strategic mind and creative soul.
• Deep cultural fluency - keen on emerging trends, behaviors, and untapped narratives.
• Bonus: Experience with Collab's, creator partnerships, or experiential campaigns.
• 6 days working, on-site job.
