Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop marketing strategies to increase sales revenue through effective brand positioning, product promotion, and customer engagement.
Manage investment casting foundry projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Oversee business development initiatives to expand the company's presence in new markets and industries.
Design and execute successful marketing campaigns across various channels (online/offline) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, improve processes, and optimize operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-11 years of experience in marketing management or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing (B.A or B.Com).
Proven track record of developing effective marketing strategies that drive results.
Strong understanding of investment casting foundry processes and industry trends.
