Hiring: Marketing Freelancer (Output-Based Engagement)

We are looking to work with a performance-oriented marketing freelancer

Scope of Work:

• Design and execute

  data-driven growth experiments

• Run and optimise acquisition funnels across paid and organic channels

• Track, analyse, and improve key performance metrics

  such as CAC, CTR, CVR, LTV, ROAS, and funnel drop-offs
• Set up and interpret analytics using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and tracking pixels
• Iterate based on cohort analysis, attribution data, and performance insights

Compensation Model:

• Compensation is directly tied to measurable outputs

  (qualified leads, conversions, revenue impact)
• Metrics and benchmarks will be clearly defined before execution
• No hourly billing; performance and scalability matter

Ideal Profile:

• Proven experience in performance marketing or growth roles
• Strong understanding of funnel optimisation and attribution
• Comfortable working with hypotheses, A/B testing, and rapid iteration
• Ability to communicate insights using data, not vanity metrics
