We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising agency. This role involves driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the execution of strategic marketing initiatives to promote our OOH media services. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in media, outdoor advertising, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the agency’s OOH media offerings (billboards, transit ads, digital signage, etc.). Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to design impactful campaigns tailored to client objectives. Identify potential clients and support lead generation through outreach, networking, and industry events. Prepare sales decks, proposals, case studies, and marketing materials. Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for brand positioning. Manage the agency’s digital presence, including social media and website updates related to ongoing campaigns and success stories. Track campaign performance metrics and create post-campaign reports and presentations for clients. Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, or client meetings. Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date client and prospect information. Support new business pitches and coordinate internal resources for proposal development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, media, or advertising (OOH experience preferred). Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Enthusiastic, creative, and proactive with a passion for outdoor media and advertising. Preferred: Prior experience in an OOH agency, media buying/selling, or B2B marketing. Familiarity with media planning tools (e.g., Route, Geopath, or equivalent). Knowledge of local and national media landscapes and advertising formats.
