Role & responsibilities

Offline Branding & Traditional Marketing:

  • Develop and execute

    branding and marketing strategies

    to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Manage

    print advertising, outdoor billboards, brochures, and in-store branding

    across sales galleries and project sites.
  • Organize and oversee

    property launch events, site visits, open houses, trade shows, and investor meet-ups

    .
  • Collaborate with

    media agencies, PR firms, and advertising vendors

    to ensure maximum exposure for the brand.
  • Work closely with architects and designers to create compelling

    marketing collateral, project walkthroughs, and brochures

    .

Social Media Marketing & Digital Engagement:

  • Develop and manage

    social media strategies

    across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to promote new and existing projects.
  • Create and oversee

    engaging real estate content

    (property showcases, 3D walkthroughs, customer testimonials, market insights, and success stories).
  • Plan and execute

    paid social media campaigns

    to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with

    real estate influencers, industry experts, and content creators

    to enhance brand credibility and reach.
  • Monitor and analyze social media engagement and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
  • Video editing for construction updates, live shoots for different project

Resident Engagement & Community Building:

  • Develop

    community engagement initiatives

    to foster a strong connection between residents and the brand.
  • Organize

    resident events, workshops, and social gatherings

    to enhance the living experience and build a sense of community.
  • Create exclusive

    social media groups or forums

    for residents to share experiences, updates, and feedback.
  • Implement

    loyalty programs, referral incentives, and resident appreciation campaigns

    to encourage positive word-of-mouth marketing.

Integrated Marketing & Brand Positioning:

  • Develop a

    holistic marketing strategy

    that seamlessly integrates offline branding with digital engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Work with design and creative teams to develop high-quality promotional content.

Budget & Performance Management:

  • Manage the

    marketing budget

    , ensuring cost-effective campaigns with high ROI.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to the VP - Sales & Marketing.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in

    Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field

    .
  • 5+ years of experience

    in marketing, branding, or related roles within

    real estate or property development

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    both offline branding and social media marketing

    for real estate.
  • Experience in

    property marketing, event planning, and public relations

    .
  • Knowledge of

    real estate market trends, competitor analysis, and buyer behavior

    .
  • Proficiency in

    social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
