About the Role We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor & Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for events, social media, and digital platforms. You will manage the entire production process, from assembling raw footage to delivering polished videos that align with project goals and brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities Video Production & Editing - Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for campaigns, rallies, events, press conferences, interviews, and digital platforms. Assemble and transfer raw footage for editing, applying color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects to produce polished videos. Edit content to align with project goals and creative direction, ensuring consistent pacing, style, and adherence to brand guidelines. Enhance video quality with sound effects, voiceovers, graphics, music, animations, and transitions. Pre- & Post-Production Collaboration - Review raw footage to determine usable shots and ensure optimal audio/video quality. Collaborate with creative teams, directors, and stakeholders to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback throughout the editing process. Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet tight deadlines efficiently. Content Creation & Branding - Create engaging and story-driven content tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Ensure brand consistency in all visual content across platforms. Apply current trends, creative storytelling methods, and innovative editing techniques to captivate audiences. Experience or familiarity with live streaming and drone videography is a plus. Equipment Management - Operate and maintain professional-grade video production equipment including cameras, lighting setups, drones, and audio gear. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and capture techniques are optimized for production quality. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelors degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred). 3 to 6 years of professional experience in video production, editing, and videography. Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve. Strong knowledge of color grading, sound design, and visual effects. Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting rigs, and audio recording equipment. Solid understanding of visual storytelling, framing, composition, and pacing. A creative portfolio demonstrating your videography and editing capabilities is required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for shoots and on-site assignments.
