Job Summary:

Marketing Executives will be responsible for executing on-ground and digital marketing activities to promote the university, increase student admissions, and support the promotion of newly launched courses. The role focuses on generating leads, driving enrollment, and ensuring seats are filled as per targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase admissions.
  
• Promote new courses through field visits, seminars, school/college connect programs, and education fairs.
  
• Generate quality leads from schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other networks.
  
• Conduct regular outreach visits in assigned regions to build awareness about university programs.
  
• Support digital marketing campaigns and follow up on leads for conversion.
  
• Assist the admissions team in achieving seat-filling targets for various courses.
  
• Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and information kits in target areas.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions for continuous engagement.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and conversions.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in university/college admissions marketing.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to handle fieldwork, outreach activities, and travel as required.
  
• Lead generation, follow-up, and conversion skills.
  
• Knowledge of digital/social media promotional practices.
  
• Target-oriented approach with good planning and reporting ability.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing or any relevant field.
  
• 5–6 years of experience in education sector marketing.
