MARKETING EXECUTIVE TRAINEE

The role involves collaborating with the Sales Manager or designated team members to effectively execute assigned tasks. You will be responsible for sharing ideas to improve sales strategies and marketing efforts, monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign performance, and tracking sales activities. Researching and preparing lists of potential leads and customers will be a key responsibility, along with actively participating in meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Building strong relationships with new customers and nurturing existing client accounts will be crucial. You will support the planning, organization, and execution of marketing campaigns and events, while also maintaining and updating sales records, databases, and relevant documents. Observing and contributing to the execution of various sales processes and identifying process improvement opportunities will also be part of your role. Providing support for marketing campaigns, events, and related activities is essential, as is maintaining a detailed record of tasks, learning outcomes, and presenting key insights to staff and management. Planning and coordinating promotional activities such as house visits and notice distribution for offline centers will also be required. Generating new sales opportunities through lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls, as well as developing and sharing a new lead database with admission executives for cold calling, are part of the responsibilities. You will also be responsible for updating, monitoring, and managing CRM activities and sales data, as well as attending team meetings, internal trainings, and workshops regularly. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eager to learn with a proactive, self-motivated approach, you should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. This is a full-time position requiring in-person work at various locations including Kannur, Vadakara, Perambra, Balussery, Palakkad, Thrissur, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Kollam, Neyyatinkara, and Kottakkal.
