About Xpert Crew

Xpert Crew is a fast-growing on-demand home and commercial service platform based in Trivandrum. We connect customers with verified technicians for electrical, plumbing, AC repair, cleaning, carpentry, and other essential services — all through a single mobile app.

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who can take charge of growing our presence both online and offline across Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Xpert Crew services.
• Conduct field visits and meet residential associations, apartments, malls, and institutions to build partnerships.
• Distribute brochures and coordinate local marketing campaigns.
• Plan and manage paid advertisements on social media (Meta, Instagram, Google, etc.).
• Collaborate with influencers, FM channels, and event organizers for brand promotions.
• Track and analyze marketing results, customer feedback, and leads.
• Assist in creating marketing content and working with the design team for visuals and videos.

Requirements

• Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Should be willing to travel across Trivandrum.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license.
• Passionate about marketing and connecting with people.
• 1+ year experience in marketing preferred; freshers with enthusiasm may also apply.
