Job Description

Qualification: MBA (Marketing preferred)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into opportunities.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for business development.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to achieve business targets.
Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Creative thinking and problem-solving approach.
Good understanding of marketing trends and digital platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
