About the Role:

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Create marketing content

  including posts, stories, videos, banners, and promotional materials
• Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end

  social media marketing campaigns

• Write engaging and relevant copy for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Collaborate with design and product teams to develop campaign ideas and visuals
• Use basic tools for

  graphic design and video editing

  (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.)
• Track and analyze campaign performance using insights and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
• Support overall brand and communications strategy through digital channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (post-internship)
• Proven experience in handling social media platforms and growing engagement organically
• Strong understanding of content creation and copywriting
• Hands-on experience in basic design and video editing software/tools
• Good understanding of brand consistency and online marketing metrics

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with email marketing tools, paid campaigns, or performance marketing
• Knowledge of SEO basics and content marketing
• Experience with tools like , Google Ads & Meta Business Suite
