Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and executing digital and on-ground marketing campaigns.
Support mobilizer and referral program promotions through WhatsApp, Telegram, and social platforms.
Help analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with field teams and callers to monitor referral quality.
Contribute to social media content and marketing collaterals.
Work with the product team on user engagement and onboarding strategies.

Who Should Apply:

Fresh graduates from reputable institutes (marketing, mass communication, business, or related fields).
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles.
Passionate about building products for Bharat users.
Strong communication (Hindi + basic English) and coordination skills.
Creative mindset with understanding of social media trends and basic digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp/Telegram marketing or influencer outreach.
Canva, Excel, Google Sheets.
Hindi speaking proficiency (mandatory).
Enthusiasm for fast-paced startups and ownership mindset.
