Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Product Head located in Dahod. The Branch Product Head will oversee product strategy development and implementation, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and ensure effective product management to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include leading the branch team, analyzing data to inform strategy, and driving customer-centric solutions. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to support the company's growth in the market.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Product Strategy and Product Management
• Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to identify market opportunities and trends
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent Communication skills to lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders effectively
• Previous experience in financial services or NBFCs is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities with a customer-focused mindset
