Marketing Executive / Senior Executive, Luxury brand of Jewellery

1. Brand Marketing & Communication

• Develop and execute brand campaigns that reinforce the heritage, craftsmanship, and luxury positioning of C.Krishniah Chetty.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and PR firms for campaigns, shoots, and brand collaborations.
• Manage offline brand initiatives such as store events, exhibitions, product launches, and sponsorships.
• Oversee social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring premium, aspirational storytelling aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all touchpoints in-store, packaging, advertising, and digital.

2. Digital Marketing & Performance

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic platforms, and Marketplaces.
• Monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive qualified leads and conversions.
• Analyze website traffic, SEO performance, and marketplace presence, recommending strategies for growth.
• Stay updated on luxury retail digital trends and competitor activities to maintain market leadership.

3. CRM & Marketing Automation

• Create and manage personalized customer journeys across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Web Push, and Website engagement.
• Work with tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent) to build automation workflows and campaigns.
• Segment customer base for targeted campaigns, loyalty programs, and re-engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance dashboards to optimize customer retention and lifetime value.

4. Additional Marketing Responsibilities

• Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and luxury brand partnerships.
• Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and retail teams to align marketing campaigns with in-store promotions and customer experiences.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships for events, media buying, and promotional activities.
• Contribute to content creation from campaign messaging and digital assets to storytelling that enhances brand equity.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, sales impact, and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experiences

• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 3 to 6 years of marketing experience

  ; luxury retail/jewellery/fashion/hospitality background preferred.
• Strong understanding of

  luxury brand positioning

  and premium consumer behavior.
• Hands-on experience in

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and programmatic platforms

• Proficiency in

  marketing automation and CRM tools

  (MoEngage, CleverTap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent skills in

  agency coordination, stakeholder management, and creative communication
