Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Relationship Management

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing dealers.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits and prompt support.
  
• Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the network.
  

2. Sales & Business Growth

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  
• Actively promote AL Kamdhenu Gold TMT Bars in assigned regions.
  

3. Marketing & Branding

• Support local

  marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and dealer branding initiatives

  .
• Work closely with dealers in promoting the brand in their local markets.
  

4. Market Intelligence & Feedback

• Collect feedback from dealers and customers on

  pricing, product quality, and competitor activities

  .
• Share actionable insights with the management for business growth.
  

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily visit reports, sales updates, and follow-up notes.
  
• Track market performance and dealer engagement activities.
  

Who Were Looking For

• Education/Experience:

  Graduate in any discipline; experience of 15 years in sales/marketing is preferred. Freshers with

  excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Ability to travel extensively across Rajasthan
