Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PEB Marketing Field Executive based in Faridabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies, conducting detailed market research to identify opportunities, and engaging with potential and existing clients to drive sales. The role includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets and ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to final project delivery. Field activities and direct client interactions will be a crucial aspect of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Market Planning, including the ability to devise and implement effective strategies tailored to business objectives.
• Strong Market Research capabilities, with a track record of identifying trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills, with an aptitude for building relationships and effectively presenting solutions to clients.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, including the ability to meet or exceed sales targets, and collaborate with teams to drive business success.
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience within the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
