About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Marketing Executive with experience in Industrial B2B Marketing, particularly within the Automobile and Packaging sectors. The ideal candidate will be a B.Tech graduate who understands industrial processes, can manage client relationships, and effectively promote our range of adhesive tapes and bonding solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the automobile and packaging industries.
• Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with key accounts, distributors, and OEMs.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Neostik adhesive products.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the technical and production teams to develop customized product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, trade shows, and client visits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through strategic planning and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of sales, client feedback, and market insights for internal reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred.
• Proven 25 years of experience in industrial B2B marketing or sales, preferably in the Automobile or Packaging industries.
• Strong understanding of industrial adhesives, bonding materials, or related products (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as required for client meetings and exhibitions.
• Self-motivated with a strategic, result-oriented approach.
