Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of the overall brand strategy, including positioning and messaging, to ensure sustained and profitable growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
Protect and enhance the brand image and reputation through all marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, email, social media, and retail promotions.
Manage social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.) with engaging content and video creation, a key focus for a consumer brand.
Participate in promotional events, exhibition, schemes, and Retail outlet displays, working with internal teams and external agencies.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI analysis.
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand consistency and successful new product launches.
Oversee packaging of all SKUs and ensure the designing and printing is done as per committed deadlines.
Manage relationships with external vendor partners, agencies, and key stakeholders.
Oversee and manage the marketing budget, solving spend issues as they arise.
