Job Description

Job Summary:

Marketing Professional

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute
integrated marketing strategies
across B2B and B2C channels
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions and industry players
Plan and manage
offline campaigns
including
on-ground activations, college outreach, and event branding
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content, and digital) to align marketing efforts
Lead and execute
events, workshops, and webinars
to drive brand visibility and lead generation
Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics
Ensure brand consistency across all offline and field marketing activities
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve campaigns

Key Requirements:

48 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in
EdTech
Proven exposure to both
B2B and B2C marketing models
Strong understanding of
event marketing
,
offline campaigns
, and
field activations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative thinking with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Prior experience in
HRTech

Education sectors
