Job Description

Develop and execute robust sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive high performance, productivity, and continuous development.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to support market expansion and strengthen the existing client base.
Build, nurture, and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Establish clear sales targets, track team performance, and prepare accurate, timely reports for management review.
Conduct client meetings, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
