About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive Intern to support our Sales Manager in executing marketing and sales initiatives across Kerala. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client engagement, lead generation, and campaign execution in both digital and field-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to execute assigned tasks and projects
• Assist in generating and qualifying leads to expand the client base
• Contribute to online and offline marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Track and report key sales metrics and campaign performance
• Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases
• Make outbound calls and conduct follow-ups to convert leads
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and client engagements
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
• Provide innovative ideas to enhance marketing and sales strategies
• Take part in field activities including house visits and distribution of materials
• Document learnings and share insights with the team
• Identify areas for operational improvement and suggest actionable solutions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Well-organized with keen attention to detail
