Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu

Reports To: Marketing manager / Business Development Head
Location: Kattur, Trichy
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote the company’s products/services, generate leads, improve brand visibility, and support business growth through both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
• Generate leads through field marketing, digital platforms, and networking activities
• Coordinate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and conversions
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, and product launches
• Manage social media pages and support digital marketing activities (posts, ads, content coordination)
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, banners, and email campaigns
• Track and report marketing performance, leads, and campaign effectiveness
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and advertising agencies
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or business development (Freshers can also apply)
