Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development:Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the electrical products and services offered.
  • Market Research & Analysis:Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Content Creation:Develop compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, website content, and social media posts, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Digital Marketing Management:Manage and execute digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and potentially SEO/PPC, to promote products and services.
  • Sales & Technical Collaboration:Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure accurate product information and align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring:Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven adjustments and improve results.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to foster loyalty and promote products.
  • Industry Event Participation:Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the company and its offerings, and gather market intelligence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing within the electrical industry or a strong understanding of the sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze marketing data and draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and marketing objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,570.00 - ₹17,790.00 per month
