As our Marketing Executive - Acquisition , you will own end-to-end responsibility for acquiring high-quality users through affiliate and partner networks . You will play a key role in driving scalable and ROI-focused user acquisition from affiliate channels, optimizing campaigns, and building long-term partnerships to deliver sustainable growth.
Responsibilities :

Own and manage the entire Affiliate Marketing channel from partner onboarding and setup to tracking, reporting, and optimization.

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with new and existing affiliates, publishers and third-party networks.

Monitor affiliate traffic performance daily to ensure high-quality traffic and conversions aligned with acquisition KPIs (Leads, Conversions, CPL, CPA, ROI).

Develop and implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance, reduce CPLs, and maximize ROI.

Work with internal teams (Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal) to ensure seamless operations, tracking, payment processes, and creative delivery.

Identify and experiment with new affiliate opportunities and quality traffic partners to expand acquisition scale.

Forecast performance and budget allocation for affiliate acquisition during monthly and annual planning.

Ensure accurate tracking and attribution of affiliate leads and conversions using tools like Branch, Appsflyer, GA, Tableau, or other tracking platforms.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and responsible advertising practices across all affiliate creatives and messaging.
Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing/User Acquisition, preferably in performance-driven environments.

Proven experience in handling affiliate partnerships, lead generation campaigns, and ROI-focused acquisition funnels.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets using Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).

Demonstrated ability to build affiliate strategies to lower CPLs and increase conversion rates.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Experience in the Gaming, fantasy sports or online entertainment industry is a plus.

Has had hands-on experience working with MMP partners like Branch and Appsflyer.

Hands on experience in identifying and blocking fraudulent partners.
