Marketing Executive

Job Description: Hytron Metals is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing cum Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team. The role is a blend of digital and coordination-based marketing efforts, combined with essential back-office tasks. This is a desk-based role with no sales targets and no door-to-door visits. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Tasks: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (emails, WhatsApp marketing, product catalogs, etc.) Maintain and update client databases and product listings Coordinate with existing clients and follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Support in content creation for social media and promotional materials Help in managing Google Business Profile, catalog uploads, and market research Back Office Tasks: Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery challans Maintain documentation and records for orders and dispatch Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely order processing Support senior management in day-to-day administrative tasks Requirements: Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Marketing preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic knowledge of email and WhatsApp business communication Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Experience in a similar role (preferred, not mandatory) Perks: Fixed working hours (No field work) Comfortable office environment No pressure of targets or outdoor marketing Learning opportunity in the metals trading industry
