Job Description

Hytron Metals is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office cum Marketing Executive to support our internal operations and marketing efforts. This is a desk-based role with no target-based pressure and no field visits, making it ideal for candidates who excel in communication, coordination, and digital outreach. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing Department runs smoothly. Maintain and update customer databases, quotation records, and email correspondence. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing and customer follow-ups. Assist in drafting marketing content for emails, brochures, and online platforms. Manage social media and digital inquiries from customers and prospects. Support internal documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups. Liaise with clients for product inquiries, pricing, and quotations over calls and email. Key Highlights: No Target-Based Marketing No Door-to-Door or Field Marketing Involved Desired Candidate Profile:Good communication and coordination skills Proficient in MS Office and email communication Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Prior experience in metals/trading industry is a plus
