🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Kottayam. This is a full-time hybrid role that involves both fieldwork and occasional office presence (once or twice a week). The ideal candidate will play a key role in market planning, research, and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns

Engage in field marketing and sales activities

Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships

Collaborate with sales and communication teams to optimize outreach

Track and analyze performance metrics to improve marketing effectiveness

✅ Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in sales and marketing (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Knowledge of market planning and research techniques

Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus (not mandatory)

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is an added advantage
