Job Description

As a Marketing Manager in our company, your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies to promote ship chandelling, import/export, and logistics services. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients such as ship owners, managers, port agents, and logistics firms. Managing client relationships, coordinating follow-ups, and utilizing your knowledge of import/export processes to support customer inquiries will be key aspects of your job. Additionally, you will be preparing marketing content like brochures, proposals, and presentations, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and attending industry events to represent the company. Collaboration with sales, operations, and documentation teams will ensure service excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies for ship chandelling, import/export, and logistics services. - Identify and engage potential clients including ship owners, managers, port agents, and logistics firms. - Manage client relationships and coordinate follow-ups to secure business. - Utilize knowledge of import/export processes to support customer inquiries and marketing materials. - Prepare marketing content including brochures, proposals, and presentations. - Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company. - Collaborate with sales, operations, and documentation teams to ensure service excellence. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Shipping Management, Logistics, or a related maritime field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing within ship chandelling, import/export, or logistics industries. - Strong knowledge of customs clearance, documentation, and international shipping regulations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven ability to meet sales and marketing targets. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. Preferred: - Experience of dealing with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents. - Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and trade compliance. - Familiarity with the maritime supply chain and port operation. Experience in any of the ports and Gulf Experience is a plus. Please note that this is a full-time position and the work location is in person.,
